Hey, sir. What age allows a boy to have sex? Since, sex with a girl under sixteen is illegal. What about the boy? As far as I know, a boy under 14 can never be trialled as a rapist. Please correct me if I am wrong.. Thanks..

Hi Eddie, I have an Indian staff who had registered her marriage with her boyfriend for about 1/2 year, but has not gone through the Indian marraige rites. They live apart, and hardly meet up. Now the husband wants to divorce her and wants to lodge a police report (so as to keep her away). She is perplexed why he wants to do that and why he wants a divorce. Is this a tactic to ensure that he does not have to pay alimony.

Hi Eddie,
I might need help on the definations of “entice” in this topic…if a single man have an adultery with a married woman (which is not living with her husband,awaiting divorce when their marriage reaches 2year from the day of ROM), can he be charged if her husband decided to sue him? Does having bedroom relationship with this women will fall under this category although the woman lives with her parent at this moment…

I am in a relationship with my girlfriend who is a married woman who wants to divorse the husband who is very fears and dont have sex with her. She wants to runaway from him and stay together with me. On the otherhand I am also married and divorcing my wife. Can her husband bring me to court as my girlfriend ( future wife) is staying with me. We want to live a happy life together.

Q1: Is Section 498 Penal Code applies to muslims too?

Q2: Are below proofs enough to charge a man with the section?
1: Phone conversation which clearly proves the man is living together with my wife. (However the woman is my friend giving helping voice and the call was made using my wife’s phone no. )
2. Pictures of them in intimates poses (mouth kissing & wife nude with nasty writing over her body which include an appartment name)

Q3: Can I sue this man since the section provides punishment?

i’m married with 2 children but with husband not living together, only comes back once a week. So i committed adultery with another man who is married too.
The reason being, i need pleasure and i totally had no intention at all to break up his family and he also have the same intention as i do.
Does this consider ilegal?
