If someone copy your picture and writing without your permission, this is a clear case of copyright breaching.

Dear Eddie

We are having problems such as those taking our photos of cooking and our recipes and putting up in their blogs and websites..and to make it worst.. some of them have the cheek to sell the receipes with our photos claiming it is theirs.. what can I/we (as the owner of yahoo group/or individual do). eg. http://www.myversatiledishes.com/produk/.
this website is compiling all the receipes and also the photos from a receipe group and my receipe and photo and selling it to the public.. We have tried to contact them.. but they did not reply.

Appointing a lawyer can cost money, or at least your valuable time. The time saved can be used to produced even more quality posts.
