Following your comment on the top of this page on cyber law, there is still not much on cyber law or internet crime awareness in public space. The media will write at times when it suits them. These infomation usually do not meet the eyes of the public when the information is most relevent at the need to know and must know times.

we still have not developed the culture of buying specific text published in books for knowledge.

Eddie, you are doing fine. your services will be appreciated by the Malaysian public.

after MICC has brought MCMC unedr its perview, are they operating differently? there seem to be more news in the media. but the ministry is not updating in their websit. every time there is news in parliament on cyber law, there is no elaboration in the media or RTM. editorial must write LAH.

hi mr eddie, im a law student. i need to do a case study and some research about insurance law in malaysia..i can’t get a particular landmark case nor can i find any disputed area or controversial issue in insurance law..can you provide any guidance?

Hi Stydiz,

I know Data Protetion Act has been approved and gazetted, however, the government has yet to annouch the enforcement date.

I am not sure if Electronic Government Activities Bill has been approved and gazetted. Perhaps you can check out the Parliament website.
