1. you are getting more than 200,000 visitors.
2. you are getting close to 2,000 comments with only 2 post.
This must be breaking the guinness world record…
Yes, no one can do this except our former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad. What a charming leader!
The url for Dr Mahathir is www.chedet.com - I am not sure why he uses the name- Che Det.
In the profile, he only introduced himself as the “Prime Minister of Malaysia 1981 – 2003″. I guess even without this line, every Malaysian still know who he is.

However, I ddin’t see any reply from Dr Mahathir to any of the comments yet. Weblog is meant to be an interactive tool, hence, I think Dr M only can be regarded as a ”true blogger” if he starts to interact with his readers. What say you?

yeah, it sure will be overwhelming if your blog receives such a huge amount of traffic over little time.
For you query on his name,chedet, they say that it’s the name that Mahathir was called when he was younger and also that’s his ‘pen name’ when he was writing in his earlier stage of life.
and oh,replying 2000 comments will sure be a burden!!

sorry to post something out of topic here. what better way to clear my doubt than seek help from a lawyer!
i have recently just bought a house valued below RM250k, and bearing in mind that the recent budget announced in September last year, I recall that there was a 50% reduction in stamp duty, however, my lawyer insists that they do not know of such thing. Even after submitting a form from another lawyer, few months later today, they come back telling us that they do not know of the 50% again. Is there anything I can do about this before I go up and talk with them?
Also, there’s also another house under my name, but I never bought that house, it was sort of given by my parents, and it’s a joint name with my mum, and I’m unsure of whether we have ever paid stamp duty for that house. It’s been almost a decade ago for that issue. Will that affect my eligibility to purchase this new 2nd hand house? It’s a joint name, and the other party does not have another house.

Huei – I am sorry that since I quick practise, I did not keep close track with the recent development of stamp duty examption rule. However, the stamp duty office is the best place you can clarify your doubt. Sorry for unbale to help you.

Ikhlas hati saya nak luahkan di sini, sehingga kini saya masih keliru dengan tujuan sebenar AAB dalam mewujudkan koridor2 tu..Apakah dia hanya sedap cakap ja, buat itu, buat ini, dia tak PK ka ramai yang tak boleh nak terima dia ni..Sejak di jadi PM makin teruk rasa tekanan..Asyik sebut masalah kewangan negara ja.. Time TUN jadi PM dulu tak macam ni meskipun pernah gawat tahun 97-98 tu..Tak dak pulak merungut sangat pun pasai kewangan..Nak2 pun ada jugak jalan nak atasi masalah tu..tak dak la macam la ni, asyik sentuh pasai beban subsidi saja..
