I can see that this guy speaks from experience.
He said 5 biggest mistakes made by most entrepreneurs are:
1. Unclear Goal/Vision (you should set target that is measurable)
2. Try To Prove That You Are Smart (bad reason to start a business)
3. Greedy (don’t keep all capital to yourself)
He shared a joke to illustrate this point:
“Equity is like shit. If you pile up all at 1 place it smells, but if you spread it all around, many wonderful things will grow.”
4. Hire People That You Like Not You Need (business is not a social club, don’t do business with someone just because you want to stay together with that person)
5. Not Knowing When To let Go (you should let go the part of the job that you don’t do so well to other to handle it)
