A simple tips to make your dream materialise: practise Rule 5.
Rule 5 means everyday try to do 5 things to help you move closer to your goal/dream. For example, if you want your blog or website to be popular and known by many, you can tell 5 people about your blog everyday (of course this may not be the most efficient way, one should not underestimate the power of multiplier).
