Well …I’ve a lot of respects for TDM, not only for his far-visions making M’sia ahead of other developing nations…. but his humble approach… a good example of a true Muslim leader. The west may not like him but the world will one day realize the contributions that he made in shaping Malaysia a country role model to the entire world. May God(Allah) bless him……

Mahathir….surelythe best among the best. he single handle almost in every corners’. We can give him all the titles’ as Malaysian Engineer , Malaysian Sales man, Malaysia & S.E.A Savior from Financial crisis, Father of Modern Malaysia,Malaysian Chief Doctor and so on…..May Allah Bless Dr Mahathir…..

Faizal, Rosleyn and Mohamed Sahr E. Juanah, all I can say is you hardly know the man you greatly admire. Any PM with such power and resources would have done as much if not better. Physical development is easy but developing a highly civilised society that respects rule of law, has high work ethics, believes in accountability and transparency, respects basic human rights, freedom of expression, you name it, were all lacking during the last 2 decade. If you care to remember, we were ranked the lowest in these areas, placed amongst the 3rd world countries. Admire by all means if you think that was a great achievement.

I am currently a student at UPM doing my masters from Sierra Leone. I do heard about Mahathir when i was home but after watching his biography today i really admired him and hope we have such a great leader like him in Africa. I believe my current head of state is in the same direction, only if he could seek Dr’s idea will be great for Sierra Leone.

Mahathir now blames the government for censoring his speeches so he has to turn to blogging to get his views across. Under his regime people got the feeling that if they talk to much they might be carcerated under some draconian law. Look what happened to Irene Fernandez when she spoke up for the poor and defenceless. She was hauled up and her life made misery. It only shows that there are unjust laws as there are unjust men. Let God be the judge for all the atrocities done. Any amount of weeping and grinding of teeth on this earth can never be enough for the perpetrators of such gigantic injustices. They will have to look at their Creator straight in the face and answer for the injustices done. It is not like facing some earthly tribunal where by mere nuances and body language you may be able to escape. Woe to the man when that day arrives.
