I am, indeed, a victim of the announcement of the petrol hiking. I am now still caught in the office as there are 2 petrol stations located right next to my office. Shell is in front of me and Petronas is behind me.

People are just crazy in lining up to wait for their turn to pump more petrol before 12am tonight. Suddenly every where are traffic jam. 

I parked my car next to the Shell station and surrounded by all the lining up cars. No way I can reverse my car and get out of my office. That is why I am still doing blogging in my office in this late hour. I will expect the crowd to be over by 12am later. What an unfortunate day for me….hai!

After today mid-night, petrol will increase from RM1.92 to RM2.70. Such a huge jump will expect to bring many negative chain reaction in the market.

I am wonder if  the disbursement in legal firm bill will go up as well. For a normal sale and purchase of property case, usually law firm will charge about RM250 to RM300 for transportation. In view of the increment of the petrol price, law firm may charge RM450 to RM550 for the transportation. However, I still don’t think this will deter any buyer from purchasing property, if one can pay for hundred thousands what is that of increment of few hundred…hahaha! So lawyers, don’t worry!
